The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when the latest changes were made. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Living Motions™ provides personality assessments, specifically Enneagram quizzes, along with AI-powered personal growth tools. We may also offer collectible cards and other services in the future.

We continually strive to improve our Services and may introduce new features or enhancements. Any new features or services will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

7. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. We collect your first and last name and email address as part of the registration process. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately at contact@livingmotions.com.

Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time through your user profile, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

8. Paid Services and Refund Policy

We offer premium features at a subscription fee of $4 per month. Premium access includes full Enneagram reports and AI Dynamics.

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our premium Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing contact@livingmotions.com.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 7-day period has elapsed.

9. Access and Use of Services

Free Access: Users can take the Enneagram quiz and access limited features without payment.

Premium Access: Full reports and AI Dynamics require a paid subscription.

Account Requirement: All users must create an account and log in to use our Services.

10. User Conduct and Content

10.1 Groups Feature

Users can create private groups and invite others. Group names are not publicly displayed.

10.2 Sharing Within Groups

By joining a group, you agree to share your Enneagram results and related information with other group members. Only invited and accepted members can access group information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including custom Enneagram images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LivingMotions, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

"Living Motions™" and our logos are trademarks of LivingMotions, LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Living Motions™ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Motions™, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months, if any.
